These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Onset Reset mobile applications (iOS/Android) and related websites and landing pages (the "Service"), operated by Omer Miller ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, the user agrees to these Terms. If the user does not agree, they should not use the Service.
The Service provides self-help and personal development content, including guided sessions, exercises, and related materials.
The user must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If under 18, The user may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Some features require creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep login credentials secure. The user is responsible for all activity under their account.
Purchases are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details. The user agrees to pay all fees for purchases made through their account.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for eligible purchases. To qualify, The user must consume the purchased content in full and notify us within 30 days from the purchase date that it did not help them. Refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. We may require reasonable proof of full consumption. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Purchases include "lifetime access" to the purchased content through the Onset Reset app. "Lifetime" means for as long as the Onset Reset app and its associated services are offered and maintained by us. If we choose to discontinue the app or remove purchased content from the Service:
After this period, we will have no obligation to host, maintain, or provide access to the content in any form. We are not responsible for any inability to access the Service caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party platform changes, or device incompatibility.
The user may submit content such as journal entries, quiz responses, and other information through the Service. The user retains ownership of their content but grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely for operating and improving the Service. The user must not submit content they do not have the right to share.

All content in the Service (other than user submissions) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. The user is granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Service, including guided sessions, breathwork, meditation, and visualization practices (collectively, the "Services"), are provided for informational, educational, and self-development purposes only. They are not medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
By using the Services, the user acknowledges that participation may involve physical, emotional, and psychological experiences, including but not limited to changes in breathing, heart rate, dizziness, emotional intensity, or the surfacing of distressing thoughts or feelings. The user voluntarily assumes all risks associated with these activities.
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally fit to participate. If the user has any medical, psychiatric, or psychological conditions (including but not limited to cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, neurological conditions, or trauma-related conditions), they should consult with a licensed healthcare professional before engaging in the Services.
Onset Reset does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. Individual experiences will vary. However, if the user completes the session they purchased at least once and is unsatisfied for any reason, they may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this refund is the user's sole and exclusive remedy. By purchasing or using the Services, the user agrees to waive and release any and all claims, demands, or legal actions against Onset Reset, its founders, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives, whether for physical, mental, emotional, or financial damages.
We may suspend or terminate the user's access to the Service if they violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Effective date." If changes materially affect the user's rights, we will provide additional notice (e.g., in-app or email).
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services, including the validity, interpretation, or enforcement of these Terms, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The user agrees that any such dispute shall be brought exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in British Columbia, Canada, and irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. By using the Services, the user waives any right they may have to initiate or participate in legal proceedings in any jurisdiction other than British Columbia, Canada.
